Cold Drawn Tungsten Steel Die

The first type is the tungsten steel drawing die, which accounts for the majority of the tungsten steel die.  At present, the main brands of drawing die in Our country are YG8, YG6, YG3, followed by YG15, YG6X, YG3X. Some new brands are developed, such as the new brand YL for high-speed drawing, and the drawing die brand CS05(YLO.5), CG20(YL20), CG40(YL30) introduced from abroad;  K10/19 dated, ZK20 / ZK30.  

The second type of die is cold heading cold stamping die, shaping die, the main grades are YC20C, YG20, YG15, CT35 and YJT30 and MO15.  

The third type of die is the non-magnetic alloy die for the production of magnetic materials, such as the YSN series OF YSN(including 20, 25, 30, 35, 40) and steel joint non-magnetic die grade TMF.
